Dove Hair Therapy Style & Care Strength & Shine Hairspray Extra Hold

Today subject of my post is Dove Hairspray, & post may help those who are into hair sprays , if you din't tried it yet than read this post & know about this product...!

Directions to Apply:

Hold bottle 8-10 inches from hair before spraying. To shape your style, use on slightly damp hair. To finish and hold your style, spray evenly all over hair. If dispenser clogs, rinse in warm water.

Warnings:

"Flammable until fully dry. Do not use near heat, flame or while smoking. Can cause serious injury or death. Do not use on broken skin. Stop use if rash or irritation occurs. Avoid inhalation. Avoid spraying in eyes. Keep out of reach of children."


My Experience:

I really don't like Dove's new hairsprays Because of its stiffness and flaking, but I'll have to say that's the smell of the hairspray is repugnant to me, it stays whole day .
it totally overpowers any perfume/cologne that may have light smell . 

It is inferior compared to the old  Dove blue bottle spray I have been using  had just the right amount of hold  It gave movable hold with no smell ,The old formula was PERFECT..!!

The new formula is such a downgrade. This new formula is absolutely terrible and leaves my hair dry and crunchy with awful smell >:( 

I will not buy this product again.

Cure for Dry Skin on Feet

Hello Beautiful Ladies ,

As we know most parts of our planet going through winters so our skins need some extra care to reduce harshness of this cold weather !

Here are few tips to get softer & beautiful feet forever....

But use'em in summers too so it can become one's habit & even ritual for Beautiful soft feet.

If you're going through dry & rough feet skin problem read the remedies below & 

You can easily deal with the problem by following the below mentioned Dry Feet Remedies.

Daily Foot Care:

Daily foot care is essential to treat dry feet. You should scrub, wash and moisturise your feet two times a day. While bathing scrub your feet with a foot scrubber and after your bath apply body lotion to the feet when they are still moist. This way moisturiser will spread easily and it will absorb in the skin faster. It is better to apply a non greasy lotion during the day to prevent dust and grime sticking to feet.

• At night, after your day’s work is over, soak your feet in warm water for 10 minutes. Add a tea spoonful of salt in the water for better cleansing. Scrub the feet with a foot scrubber and wipe clean the feet.
• If you like add lemon slices in the water & rub'em over your feet before scrubing, you'll amazed by the results , for sure .

 Apply coconut oil, olive oil or almond oil and cover the feet with socks to prevent your linen from staining. You can also apply a nourishing foot cream to treat dry feet.

Homemade Foot Scrub:

• Take ½ cup rose-water, add ¼ tea spoon turmeric powder and rub it on your feet. Wash feet after 10 minutes.
• Take 1 table spoon fresh cream (malai), ¼ tea spoon turmeric powder, ½ tea spoon sugar and ½ tea spoon lemon juice. Rub it on your feet till sugar is dissolved. Wash with warm water.

Foot Massage:

Foot massage helps to stimulate blood circulation and it helps to treat dry feet. It is a good way to prevent wrinkles in feet. You can massage your feet at any time, while watching TV or before going to sleep.

Incidentally a good foot massage is very relaxing and it induces sleep. You can give a dry massage to the feet or take a few drops of any oil or lotion of your choice andmassage in circular motions. Massage each part of the foot and each finger and big toe separately.

Foot Exercises:

Foot exercises are beneficial for keeping your feet healthy and soft. They stimulate blood circulation and help to treat dryness in feet.

Rotate your feet clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times on each side. Exercise your toes by stretching them outwards and then backwards, 10 times each.

Diet Tips:

• Sufficient water intake is vital to keep your system well hydrated. Dryness in feet occurs when you are not moisturising your body internally. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water every day to treat dry feet , But keep in mind access of everything is always bad!

• Eat one large serving of fresh salad once a day, consisting of carrot, lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes to remove any deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals in the body. It will help to treat dryness in feet and make them soft and beautiful.

It comes in a super cute round/domed packaging with a super cute puff which has a pink
 bow knot on top..how cuter can it get..? & the beads are just cute as pearls (:
There is a plastic separator between the beads and puff..the beads are in shades of gold,
 silver and pink..

My Experience:

This highlighter/luminizer is from TBS Limited edition , with super cute  packaging its quite
 easy to use..I have tried both the puff and brush..the puff is wider to highlight small
 areas like cheekbones..would work for the collar bones and decolletage..
this is a little too shimmery as a highlighter for my taste..
as I prefer subtle highlighters..but if you are a shimmer fan, you would love it..

When used all over the face lightly with a kabuki brush, it gives a nice pearlescent glow 
which looks nice for night time parties, etc..

Overall if you love shimmery highlighters, you would love this..
if you love cute packaging, then you would love this..but if you a fan of subtle highlighters,
 then you may give it a skip..

what to Love:

1. Cute packaging.

2. Easy to use.

3. Stays well.

4. Has gold, silver, pink..so can be used individually or all together..

5. Would work great for collar bones and decolletage.

6. The qty would last ages or for generations :D

7. Gives a pearlescent glow when used all over..

what to Hate:

1. Expensive.

3. I am not a fan of too much shimmer for face

OLAY Natural White Day Cream - Review

Today i'm gonna share with you another review from my OLAY daily skin care  collection/set & this time its OLAY natural white day cream.

so lets start with product

I’m not too crazy about the whitening thing but hey, it’s Olay, so what do I have to lose? The Olay Natural White cream is meant to address hyper pigmentation of the skin while keeping it moisturized. Since I have heard a lot about Olay products, I figured I might as well try it. 

Packaging & Texture:

The jar itself is very classy with a translucent base .Could be easily carried in handbag.

What Olay claims about it? 

 Olay Natural White Nourish the skin with nutrients for healthy-looking natural fairness that glows. Its formula with triple nutrient system – Vitamin B3, pro-B5 & E nourishes the skin to reduce the appearance of dark spots and dullness for a healthy-looking natural fairness that glows

1.   Its SPF 24 protection effectively helps protect the skin against external damage from the sun*

2.   Its nutrients rich formula help replenishes your skin’s natural moisture level

My Experience:

The cream soothes out well when applied and doesn’t clump at all.

It’s light and silky with a mild soothing fragrance, which is very pleasant. What I like the most about the cream is that it leaves the skin really soft and smooth.

As for the whitening effect, I did notice a minor improvement in my skin tone and texture after 2 weeks, I doesn’t contain bleaching agent, Another plus point is the SPF-24 content & a very little amount is required. Only a pea size amount is enough.

Do I recommend it? For people with oily skin l, you’re better off using another product if you have huge issues with oiliness. Olay Natural White Cream is perfect for people with normal to dry skin and want a product that will moisturize, improve skin tone and fight hyper pigmentation.

The Body Shop Lip and Cheek Dome(s) Review - swatches

Its my first review from TBS (Lily Cole LE's) haul,

i was on hunt of this collection & love it as its Cruelty Free Makeup Collection.

so  now as i own this collection so gonna share with you all one by one :)

so lets start with this product & know how's my experience with it....

The Body Shop Lip and Cheek Dome 20 Pinch Me Pink , 21 crazy for coral 

+Pinch Me Pink is a nice soft pink..with no brown or plum or any undertone..

just a true pretty pink ! 

+The other shade Crazy for Coral is for my sis &a I feel its too light for our(asian)

 skin tones and does not show up much.. you can see in swatches .

SWATCHES:

natural+flash light - less+more blended

How to use: 

Dab onto lips or cheeks straight from the dome. 
Blend using clean fingertips. Layer to build up colour.

My Experience:

To start with, its a super cute dome ! Does'nt looking at this makes

 you feel like you want it..?

It is creamy and glossy in texture spreads gel like and gives a sheen..

I use my fingers to use it on the cheeks..as I don't want the whole thing to

 touch my face..use it on lips directly..

when I blended it seemed to vanish..but after 15-20 minutes..it gave the
 most beautiful pink flush ever

I got the logic that it settles soon to a MATTE finish and the color shows up
 later so you need to give it some time..

LOVE:

1. A multi purpose cheek and lip product.

2. Gives the most awesome pink flush on the cheeks and a soft pink stain.

3. Travel friendly.

4. Super duper cute packaging.

CONS:

1. Expensive.

2. Need to go about 4-5 times on the cheek.

3. Stays for 3-4 hours after which it fades off.

Luscious Cosmetics the TWILIGHT SAGA kit - Review & swatches

Today i'm comeup with another Luscious beauty & this time its an eyeshadow kit 

"the TWILIGHT saga" ,

so lets start viewing & reviewing (:

Packaging:

It comes in a beautiful pink purse which is handy & cute , have a mirror inside,

kit itself has a sturdy , glossy beautiful casing , & after opening the kit you can see 8 beautiful shimmery eyeshadows & a mirror inside the kit so one can easily use this kit while travel etc, the glosses & face shimmer treys are placed on both sides & come out with slight pulling, i love the way it comes in (:

Colors : 

on the back side of kit's box names of colors (eyeshadows, lip glosses & face shimmer ) are mentioned,

which are obviously inspired by blockbuster movie the Twilight saga  !

Swatches:

swatches are without any primer

My Experience:

i like this kit , as other Luscious products , 

its performance is good , colors are super  pigmented , stays on for a long time(on me 8 hour without any primer without smudging) , tiny amount is enough to cover whole lid & they don't smudge too , 

but there is a problem and  its fall out of shadows inside the kit , 

you can see in the pic where swatches are placed the ting dots around shadow treys they are actually shadows :(

but when they are on eyelids you won't face  any kinda prob like fallout's (:

now come to face shimmer its a gorgeous nude pink face shimmer , very sheer (you can see in swatches )

but it buildable ,

come to lip glosses 

they are four in number & really very beautiful in colors & staying power is good too 

GLOW:its a shimmery kinda peach color ,

EMILY:its a gorgeous red color & very beautiful when applied, luv it .

FATAL; its nude , very sheer color just gives a hint of glow to your lips ,

BITTEN:its a beautiful coral shade .

lemme summarize for all you.

what to LOVE:

• pigmentation
• staying power
• beautiful glosses
• nice shimmer

what to HATE: 

• eyeshadows fallout
• size of kit is very small
