Lip Stain : L'Oreal Colour Riche Caresse Wet Shine : Review & Swatches

Today i'm gonna review  L'oreal's one of the most coveted product Colour Riche Caresse Wet Shine Stain 
(because people who experienced says they are YSL's stains DUPE)

L'oreal offers 12 colors in this range & i'd picked 3 out of'em !!!

Rose On and On 184 is a light and sheer cool pink
Coral Tattoo 188 is a much or orange tone
Endless Red 190 a light shade of red .

Packaging:

The applicator is a leaf-shaped, doe-foot(similar to YSL stain gloss)  making it easier to apply and control how much desired product you want to apply at every nook and corner of lips ,

& innovative sturdy bullet packaging with see-through neck to see the shade.

My Experience:

I can see why these are so talked about/coveted stains by L'oreal ,

these stains are  packed with nutrients and anti-ageing properties & spreads like butter on the lips, but at the same time, too thick to form a glossy juicy shine.

All the colors had great staying power, even when I ran water over them numerous times.

It stays for several hours on the lips keeping them soft, smooth, and totally hydrated.

Even if it fades slightly after several hours, it leaves behind a stubborn stain It does not transfer at all.Light scented smelling of the essence of crushed rose petals when tasted, which gets stronger and stronger & gives a tingling sensation .

what to Love:

• All the colors had great staying power, even when I ran water over them numerous times.
•  Packed with nutrients and anti-ageing properties 
• Glides on smoothly
• Gives a tingling sensation.

cons:

• -Availability

• - You definitely need an oil based makeup remover to remove these effectively.(for me its not a con actually)
• - To me, there is no funky annoying smell or feel(but some people complained so.)

The Body Shop Strawberry Lip Balm - Review & Swatches

Our today's topic for review is "TBS Born Lippy Balm in Strawberry" ,

This Strawberry Lip Balm  comes in a tiny cute little pot and the pink color balm suits the theme Strawberry. 

My Experience:

I fell so much in love with this .Gives glossy lips  & very light pink hint to lips when applied,

When I tried it for the first time I did lick some of the balm and left my lips dry as it was hard to resist :p

 The smell of strawberry lingers around for some time and if you are a strawberry lover I am sure you will love this lip balm.

The lip balm Moisturises the lip really well though you have to keep reapplying the balm now and then, especially if you want the glossiness to stay on for a while. 

At start i felt some heavy/oiliness  in my throat but after using some product it gets normal.(may be this happens to me only bco'z i experienced so with many lipiez too)

Tiny and weight less and the lid is very intact. Hence can be carried along with in your purse.

What to Love:

•  Smells yummy and no one can resist licking it .... :p
•  It moisturises the lips pretty well.
•  Leaves a light pink tint to the lips.
•  does not leave my lips dry.

Cons :

• Glossiness stays for hardly 30 mins.
• Staying power is very less and that is a major con.
• The color vanishes pretty quickly, Re-applying needs frequently.

Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder in Transparent - Review & Swatches

Today, I’m gonna share with you Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder,
& i think i'm the last one on earth who's gonna review it .... hehe :p

Packaging & Swatches:

I'd picked it in 001 Transparent , which works absolutely well for me .

The packaging is so bad!! The lid is very loose, which makes it impossible to carry around in a purse. The top part doesn’t stay close for some reason, but honestly, for this price, you can’t really complain.

My Experience:

I've combination skin & i use face powder for my T-zone esp in summers,

I have to say that Rimmel's STAY MATTE really makes my T-zone MATTE for upto 5 hrs . I believe the longest my T-zone didn’t shine was for 7 hours, THAT IS AMAZING!!! No shine for 7 hours!! Anyway, back to the product.

It does have some downfalls though, which I am going to talk about in a little bit.

This powder doesn’t come with a brush or sponge, but I have bought a puff and I love how it makes my face look. It doesn’t make you look “cakey” at all. It makes your face look so smooth.

It gets rid of all the shine on my T-zone which is amazing and so far, it hasn’t been breaking me out.  But I’m not sure if its comparable to a high-end product for price the quality they provide one can't complain/judge it.

I adore that it is a transparent powder and it does everything it says, gives minimal coverage & shine free T-zone .

Overall this is a really nice powder with a nice texture. If you have dry skin, stay away from areas where you tend to get dry/flaky patches and use it very lightly only where you really need it.

What to Love:

• My face stays matte for at least 5 hours.
• Dermatologically tested.
• Good pigmentation
• Minimize pores (temporarily)

Cons: 

• The packaging is weak.
• Doesn’t come with a sponge.

Dove Go Fresh Body Wash in Pomegranate Lemon Verbena - Review

Today I'm gonna review a product by Dove ,its Dove Go Fresh (old version)

And this time i'd picked Pomegranate Lemon Verbena Body wash 

new version comes with NutriumMoisture addition ...

Dove says :

"New Our Best Fresh Care Awakens Your Mind & Skin With the Lively, Quenching Scent of Pomegranate & Lemon Verbena Squeeze body wash onto a wet pouf or washcloth and work into a rich, creamy lather."

My Experience:

I'm a fan of  Dove Go Fresh Body washes , its been a long time they are a must have in my shower regime & they never put me off any time ,

Formula is super creamy & scent is really yummmy (even some time i wana taste it :p )
It Leathers alot & leather is creamy & light too

It does its job as any other body wash do but it good for sensitive skin too

(one allergic person to whom Dr. allowed ONLY PLAIN SOAP  
she'd smell it at a shopping mall & couldn't resist it & add to her cart  it works for her very well , she's using it from last 5 months & din't find any allergy even its smell is stronger than a normal soaps . )

What to Love:

• The fragrances - each one of them is unique and truly uplifting.
• Super creamy texture

Cons :

I din't find any

My Experience:

Usually a cleansing milk for the face wont be safe for use around the eyes, but this one does (considering the affordable price), & light fresh smell. The Nivea Visage Indulging cleansing milk gives the skin a wonderful clean feeling without the dryness. It cleans makeup base, foundation, lipstick, mascara and eyeliners too. When using heavy (means really heavy)makeup one cleansing step wont be enough, after wiping with a cotton, I'll massage some of the cleansing milk again for the second time until the cotton pick up no more makeup. Then followed by a foaming facial wash and toner. 

Overall, NIVEA Visage Indulgign Cleansing Milk cleans the facial skin without over drying and feels friendly on the skin overall (including the skin around the eyes). Suitable for daily use and as a makeup remover too. 

lemme summarize it for you all

What to Love:

• Skin compatibility dermatologically and opthamologically proven.
• It lives up to its claims. Does the job pretty well.
• It didn’t cause me to break out unlike many other cleansers, even when I didn’t wash it after removing it with cotton.
• The quantity for the price is awesome. Will last two or three months if used daily and some 5-6 months if used not so often.

Cons:

• it does create irritation in my eyes when penetrated.
• As it says it is for normal or mixed skin, oilies might not like it.

No more cons as such. It is a nice product, worth a try !

MAYBELLINE the COLOSSAL KAJAL- Review - swatches

I wanna try this twist-up pencil after reading so much good about it.

Before this beauty arrived to me i got another Black kajal pencil from DMGM review is yet to be post.

My Experience:

The product is extremely well pigmented,smudge resistant & claims to stay put for 6 hours. I actually put it to test & its still in place after good 3.5/4 hours

The best part about this Maybelline’s colossal kajal is that it can work well as an eye liner, for this simple reason that it won’t chip or flake off, or smudge or fade away before 4 hours.  So you can roam around wearing it on your upper lid as an eyeliner, or inner rim, water line yet not feel itchy or irritated!!

The ingredients used in it are natural and caring like olive oil, vitamin E and a few others not mentioned

What to Love:

• intensity
• water+smudge proof
• long wearing
• itch-less 
• attractive yellow packaging

Cons:

• lesser amount of product
• availability
