MAC Melon Pigment- Review & swatches

Today you're with me to know about MAC Pigment & its Melon ,

Yesterday i was digging my stash & found this product , a long time ago when it entered into it & now its here for review ....

I love multi purpose products & MAC pigments are one of'em !

MAC has quite a large variety of pigments which are very popular too, as its a multi purpose product for me so i use it in different ways for a variety of different things Sometimes i like to use mixing mediums to create strong opaque and sometimes metallic look sometimes just like to apply it as it is & it still look just as good!

MAC Melon Pigment is a very popular shade. That was the reason why I've got it 

The color of MAC Melon Pigment is a beautiful peachy gold & its absolutely gorgeous!

If you have tried the "Rabenesque" paint pot by MAC  you'll notice how similar the shades are.

MY EXPERIENCE:

This pigment applies like a dream & blends evenly & well too, as its a lose powder form brush picks product very well , but on the downside it can be messy sometimes so you need to be very careful when you are putting your brush in the pot or you could get it every where , happened with me in start :s
The pigment in the picture is from the older packaging and MAC have since released their new packaging which is identical to their nail polish bottles. This though, means that there is less product in the pots although to be honest, it would be very difficult to use up a whole pigment, you just get so much product!
At the end is it worth it? Most definitely, if you use products like this regularly. If not, then it might just sit there gathering dust, which probably is not a good thing either.

-Blends well
-Beautiful colour

What are Cons:

-Now only the smaller pot is available

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencils 15 Year Anniversary Collection Review & Swatches

Today i'm gonna share with you all my most desired product by URBAN DECAY
This was on Top of my UD  wish list about right after its release 

After watching colors & reading reviews about this beauty , all the time i was dreaming about it (but can't get it here in Pakistan) so in result long time wait for it  ..!!

(Thanx to my dear one who bought it for me & keep protected for months & now its all mine yeeeyyyyyy..!!!)
as now i own it so i'm super excited & wanna share it with you all Beauties ,

so lets Begin with Review of this tremendous Palette ....
Packaging:

The box comes with a clear plastic sleeve. On the back, you’ll find the ingredients as well as the Urban Decay story.

When you slide out the box, it’s so flashy! The box has the Urban Decay logo tiled all over in various colors, and the background is a highly-reflective silver that made photographing it well a bit difficult.

Inside, you have the product shrink-wrapped.  The 15 pencils are lined up nicely on their display ‘bed’ that has a faux-velvet texture. You’ll also find the Urban Decay Grind House pencil sharpener on the bottom left.

The pencils and sharpener say “UD15″ to pay tribute to Urban Decay’s 15th anniversary.

My Experience:

Urban Decay 24-7 eyeliners I consider them must-haves for any make-up lover’s collection.

This collection carries eyeliners in all the colors of the rainbow & i really Love it , who don't ???

The Colors are super creamy & glide on easily & stays put (smudge-proof), Powerful, vibrant color,
Can be blended (within 30 seconds of application) & they are waterproof , i mean WATERPROOF ,When I was swatching it on my arm, I tested out the lasting power by rubbing my fingers over the swatches probably 20 times hard and fast. As long as you wait 30 seconds after application, these babies barely smudge. Really impressed!


They apply smoothly and don’t tug on your lid at all. You also don’t need to go over the same section multiple times to get vivid color with most of the hues.

To my surprise, they looked almost as if I had just put it on, and the colors were still vibrant after 12 hours , makes me bawl eyes out like O_O 

You can pull off any look from sweet and natural to fierce by these cuties!

Some people were complaining about its weird smell , I also noticed a distinctive smell that wasn’t pleasant, but it also wasn’t unpleasant. It was just unusual because usually eyeliners don’t smell like anything , i just put my pencils in an open  jar & after a week smell was gone!

If wearing eyeliner is part of your everyday makeup routine, you need this! Even if you can’t get your hands on the limited-edition anniversary collection, I urge you to try any of the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on pencils.

Lemme summarize it for you all,

What to Love:

• Contains 6 new shades
• Includes a lot of ‘everyday-suitable’ colors & a couple of ‘bright & fun’ colors
• Eyeliners are highly waterproof & smudge-proof
• Crease proof
• Most colors are highly pigmented
• Creamy consistency
• Collectible packaging

What to Hate:

• Expensive when you drop this much all at once (but it’s a great value)
• My set had a weird smell initially (aired it out & it’s okay now), many else claimed so too .
• Limited-edition set (once it’s gone, it’s gone…as now its not available anymore :s but you can buy some of the colors individually )

Dove Hair Therapy Style & Care Strength & Shine Hairspray Extra Hold

Today subject of my post is Dove Hairspray, & post may help those who are into hair sprays , if you din't tried it yet than read this post & know about this product...!

OVERVIEW By Dove:

Directions to Apply:

Hold bottle 8-10 inches from hair before spraying. To shape your style, use on slightly damp hair. To finish and hold your style, spray evenly all over hair. If dispenser clogs, rinse in warm water.

Warnings:

"Flammable until fully dry. Do not use near heat, flame or while smoking. Can cause serious injury or death. Do not use on broken skin. Stop use if rash or irritation occurs. Avoid inhalation. Avoid spraying in eyes. Keep out of reach of children."


My Experience:

I really don't like Dove's new hairsprays Because of its stiffness and flaking, but I'll have to say that's the smell of the hairspray is repugnant to me, it stays whole day .
it totally overpowers any perfume/cologne that may have light smell . 

It is inferior compared to the old  Dove blue bottle spray I have been using  had just the right amount of hold  It gave movable hold with no smell ,The old formula was PERFECT..!!

The new formula is such a downgrade. This new formula is absolutely terrible and leaves my hair dry and crunchy with awful smell >:( 

I will not buy this product again.

Cure for Dry Skin on Feet

Hello Beautiful Ladies ,

As we know most parts of our planet going through winters so our skins need some extra care to reduce harshness of this cold weather !

Here are few tips to get softer & beautiful feet forever....

But use'em in summers too so it can become one's habit & even ritual for Beautiful soft feet.

If you're going through dry & rough feet skin problem read the remedies below & 

You can easily deal with the problem by following the below mentioned Dry Feet Remedies.

Daily Foot Care:

Daily foot care is essential to treat dry feet. You should scrub, wash and moisturise your feet two times a day. While bathing scrub your feet with a foot scrubber and after your bath apply body lotion to the feet when they are still moist. This way moisturiser will spread easily and it will absorb in the skin faster. It is better to apply a non greasy lotion during the day to prevent dust and grime sticking to feet.

• At night, after your day’s work is over, soak your feet in warm water for 10 minutes. Add a tea spoonful of salt in the water for better cleansing. Scrub the feet with a foot scrubber and wipe clean the feet.
• If you like add lemon slices in the water & rub'em over your feet before scrubing, you'll amazed by the results , for sure .

 Apply coconut oil, olive oil or almond oil and cover the feet with socks to prevent your linen from staining. You can also apply a nourishing foot cream to treat dry feet.

Homemade Foot Scrub:

• Take ½ cup rose-water, add ¼ tea spoon turmeric powder and rub it on your feet. Wash feet after 10 minutes.
• Take 1 table spoon fresh cream (malai), ¼ tea spoon turmeric powder, ½ tea spoon sugar and ½ tea spoon lemon juice. Rub it on your feet till sugar is dissolved. Wash with warm water.

Foot Massage:

Foot massage helps to stimulate blood circulation and it helps to treat dry feet. It is a good way to prevent wrinkles in feet. You can massage your feet at any time, while watching TV or before going to sleep.

Incidentally a good foot massage is very relaxing and it induces sleep. You can give a dry massage to the feet or take a few drops of any oil or lotion of your choice andmassage in circular motions. Massage each part of the foot and each finger and big toe separately.

Foot Exercises:

Foot exercises are beneficial for keeping your feet healthy and soft. They stimulate blood circulation and help to treat dryness in feet.

Rotate your feet clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times on each side. Exercise your toes by stretching them outwards and then backwards, 10 times each.

Diet Tips:

• Sufficient water intake is vital to keep your system well hydrated. Dryness in feet occurs when you are not moisturising your body internally. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water every day to treat dry feet , But keep in mind access of everything is always bad!

• Eat one large serving of fresh salad once a day, consisting of carrot, lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes to remove any deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals in the body. It will help to treat dryness in feet and make them soft and beautiful.

It comes in a super cute round/domed packaging with a super cute puff which has a pink
 bow knot on top..how cuter can it get..? & the beads are just cute as pearls (:
There is a plastic separator between the beads and puff..the beads are in shades of gold,
 silver and pink..

My Experience:

This highlighter/luminizer is from TBS Limited edition , with super cute  packaging its quite
 easy to use..I have tried both the puff and brush..the puff is wider to highlight small
 areas like cheekbones..would work for the collar bones and decolletage..
this is a little too shimmery as a highlighter for my taste..
as I prefer subtle highlighters..but if you are a shimmer fan, you would love it..

When used all over the face lightly with a kabuki brush, it gives a nice pearlescent glow 
which looks nice for night time parties, etc..

Overall if you love shimmery highlighters, you would love this..
if you love cute packaging, then you would love this..but if you a fan of subtle highlighters,
 then you may give it a skip..

what to Love:

1. Cute packaging.

2. Easy to use.

3. Stays well.

4. Has gold, silver, pink..so can be used individually or all together..

5. Would work great for collar bones and decolletage.

6. The qty would last ages or for generations :D

7. Gives a pearlescent glow when used all over..

what to Hate:

1. Expensive.

3. I am not a fan of too much shimmer for face
